Just an Update

So I have a little update.

Work has been hard this summer and even now, the winter is fast approaching, I still haven’t had much chance to upload some shots I took this year.  However after a whole new system and a slightly different way or working, I can now start uploading more work.

I guess some time after Christmas, I will recode the back end of the site to make it easier to manage, although it doesn’t really need too much.  Changes on the outside will be minimal, but anything that is a challenge to me is very much welcomed!

Thanks for your support :)

New Shots - Longer Conversion

So, the reson I haven’t updated recently is because I have been rather busy, but I have also changed to shooting in RAW mode, which gives me more power over what the final image looks like.  It also means there is a longer conversion rate.  Whereas before, I could simply shoot, transfer to PC, frame and upload, now I am editing the photos a bit better to get the best out of the shots.  There are still loads more to do from my trip out to Crich Tramway Museum.

I have also just ordered some new camera goodies to help me, including the much needed extra battery and bag!  I am also preparing for a special event in August which I will probably use as many photos as I can, which at the moment is about 600 odd in RAW.  I am also thinking about Soul Survivor as that would be a great chance to get some good shots of loads of different things but again, it’s £90 which could go on other things right now, but we’ll see.

Thanks for reading!

Welcome!

Welcome to the fresh and new Peter Makosch Photography web site!

The difference with this one though is that it is staying.  I like the design, I like the colours and I am sick of searching for a good design.  I have uploaded only the very best here as it is my flagship site, but I have added the links for my Deviantart website as I will pop the “alright” and above ones on there.  Over the next few days I will upload the prints to that account and re-jingle the Wizzy World web site.

Apart from that, thanks for visiting and I hope you come back soon.
